House League Refund Policy

The following administration fees will be deducted from the original registration fee:
• $80.00 will be deducted from ALL refunds no matter when the refund is requested.
• $25.00 will also be deducted for credit card registrants.

Once the season has started there will be no refunds.

If a player sustains an injury or illness and is unable to finish the season there will be no refund.

Covid - 19 Refund Policy

Should the season need to be cancelled due to health restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic, a prorated refund less credit card charges and an admin fee will be provided to families. However, be aware season structure may need to change based on guidance from public health, OHF and/or Hockey Canada.

• $80.00 will be deducted from ALL refunds no matter if the league is shut down due to Covid-19.
• $25.00 will also be deducted for credit card registrants.


Cancelled dates so far: Dec 18/19 2021: Jan 8/9 2022: Jan 15/16 2022; Jan 22/23 2022; Jan 29/30

Make up ice: Apr 2/3 and Apr 8/9

Refunds for Covid Cancellations will be prorated based on the balance of the base House League fee after the deduction of the leagues fixed cost.

Refunds will be calculated and paid after the season ends in Spring 2022 and can take up to 6 weeks.
